Olympic Weightlifting Competition - beginners to experienced lifters are able to compete in this event. All lifters are able to qualify for NSW Weightlifting Championship events, AWF Championship events and various international events.

This is the final competition in the qualifying period for lifters aiming to qualify for the 2023 AWF Junior/U23 Championships.
